We repair brakes and clutches, indexing units and reducers of any brand, providing a comprehensive solution. We transport the customer’s unit to our facilities for dismantling, cleaning and inspection. We study and inform of the wear or damage detected, sending an estimate for its repair, including:

Reengineering and preventive maintenance of reducers

In many cases, minor design changes have a major effect on reducer functioning. Preventive maintenance of the reducers can also enable identification of the critical components or those most subject to wear.

Both processes will help optimise the performance of your reducer with no need for replacement with a new one, enabling:

Guibe can manufacture, supply and replace your reducer’s critical components as we check the components and their geometry on our machines during inspection. This means we can design and manufacture any other manufacturers’ spares without the original drawings.

Quick deliveryof pneumatic clutch brakes

We have a stock of pneumatic clutch brakes and can provide the units in a very short time, according to the customer’s needs. We offer the option of adapting our clutch brakes to machines with non-Goizper units.

Support: on-site and remote.

We carry out inspections and analysis at the customer’s factory to resolve any problems with the installations or units.

If a Goizper/Guibe technician cannot visit your factory we provide remote assistance anywhere in the world.
